4. Analytics and tracking
We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to understand site traffic. We also use Microsoft Clarity for session recording (anonymized). These services may set cookies. You can opt out via your browser settings or a browser privacy extension.

Contact form submissions are retained in our internal systems for up to 2 years. You may request deletion at any time by emailing shashank@011bq.us.
